Where can I buy Swissline products?

Swissline products are available at select department stores, perfumeries, mono-brand stores and spas around the world. Please visit Where to buy to check if our products are available in your country. You can also place an order on our website - we deliver orders internationally, with few country exceptions. 

Can you deliver orders placed on your website to any country around the world?

Unfortunately, there are several countries where we currently do not deliver online orders: Canada, China, Greece, Hong Kong, Iran, Kazakhstan, Russian Federation, United Kingdom, Ukraine. This is due to local distribution agreements and sometimes restrictions with import regulations. 

Is it safe to use my credit card?

At we understand how important security is to you when you order online. That is why we have partnered with SIX Payment services. As one of Europe’s largest transaction processors, SIX Payment Services uses the latest IT infrastructure to ensure the efficient and secure flow of transactions between card holder, card issuer and merchant.

Where are the online orders shipped from?

All online orders are packed and shipped from our headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland. International orders are delivered using FedEx International Priority services. Orders from within Switzerland are shipped using Swiss post. Please refer to Shipping & Tax for information about international shipment and import taxes & duties. 

Can I return a product, purchased online, to a department store?

Products purchased on may only be returned or exchanged on Please refer to our Returns Policy.

Can I return a product purchased in a store or spa to

Unfortunately, Swissline products must be returned or exchanged only at the place where they were purchased.

How does Swissline conduct product safety testing?

Swissline follows all REACH and EU regulations. Our products undergo all the clinical / safety tests required by law. The raw materials are proven for their efficacy.

What is Swissline doing about reach, the new EU chemicals regulation?

We follow the REACH regulations for packaging and formulas.

Does Swissline test on animals?

Dermalab S.A. does not perform any animal tests on its finished products, sold and marketed under the trademark Swissline by Dermalab, nor does it ask others to test on animals on its behalf.
