RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are not happy with your Swiss line purchase, you may return it within 14 days after receipt of the product for the following reasons:

a) The product is defective and needs to be replaced by Swiss line.

In this case, the customer must contact Swiss line to organize the pick-up of the defective product and shipment to the headquarters. Swiss line will cover the costs for the replacement product and shipping at no cost to you.

b) The customer has not opened the product but wishes to return it because she has changed her mind. In this case, the cost for returning the product may be the customer`s responsibility. For more information, please see “Terms & Conditions”. The cancellation of the order shall be notified to Dermalab SA in writing (i.e. by mail, fax or e-mail) using the contact information set out above.

Unlawful sales of Swiss line cosmetics on the Internet

In the markets where Dermalab SA does not have any official distributors selling Swiss line cosmetics, this webiste is the only legal place from which to buy Swiss line cosmetics on the Internet. If you purchase Swiss line cosmetics from any other site on the Internet situated in a country where Dermalab SA does not have an authorized distributor, you will run the risk of buying unlawfully sold counterfeit, obsolete, outdated and/or damaged products. Dermalab SA can not be held liable for any online purchases other than those done from this website.
