Although there may be some delays in getting Swissline products delivered to you, we are working hard to ensure there is an uninterrupted service. We have put measures in place to ensure safe handling of the products from packaging to shipping.
At this moment, all of our domestic shipments within Switzerland have not been affected and our partner Swiss Post continues to deliver your online orders - within 2-3 business days.
All of our international shipments continue without interruption and your parcel should be with you within 5-7 business days, with some USA locations facing delays due to more thorough customs checks and controls. Our partner, FedEx International, keeps us up-to-date on a daily basis and should anything change, you will be informed.
On an upbeat note, there has never been a better time to stay home and pamper yourself! Create an at-home spa. Enjoy some “me time”. Indulge in a little self-care. When the quarantines are lifted and self-isolation is over, you will be looking your radiant best!
