The Circle, the all-day pool bar and lounge that serves fresh juices, local products, and beverages inspired by Mediterranean herbs; Cremnos, which offers healthy Mediterranean cuisine; and Umi, which offers Nikkei cuisine, a fusion of Japanese and Peruvian flavors.
